Innovation Snapshot

An Innovation Snapshot is a brief summary, typically spanning a couple of pages, of an innovative IS project or solution. This could be the end product of a student competition, such as the AIS Software Innovation Challenge, part of the AIS Student Chapter Leadership Conference. It could also be the product of a hackathon.

While the structure of the summary may vary, it should address the following questions:

– What is the innovative IS project or solution?
– What is its aim? Why was it built, and what were the goals?
– How was it built? This question pertains to the process involved in developing the final project or solution.
– What lessons were learned? Additionally, what should current and future students know about IS research?
