Thesis Digest

A Thesis Digest is a short executive summary, typically spanning 1-2 pages, of a bachelor’s or master’s thesis or a similar major report.

It should provide an overview of the work, accompanied by a link to more information about the author (such as a LinkedIn profile or another relevant source) and the thesis itself (for example, a link to a publicly accessible version of the submitted and accepted work, if available).

The overview should include brief descriptions of the following:

– The aim of the study, including any research questions driving the investigation.
– The area of concern, which refers to the topic and what is already known about it.
– The investigative approach, covering both the methodology and theoretical framing, i.e., how the study was conducted.
– The results.
– The contribution, indicating how the study confirms and extends current state-of-the-art knowledge.
